Random Images
Monday, October 26, 2009 at 9:42PM I've noticed I have a lot of random things I've made lying around and thought I'd start showing them the light of day. 
I found this painting the other day while looking for a family-home-friendly gift to give an old friend, Laura, who just had a baby. I can't actually remember doing it but I know it was some time last year. I actually quite like it. In my head, I call it "Tadpole". Acrylic and shellac on linen. Linen is awesome stuff to paint on, shame it's so pricey.

That last image in particular is fascinating. What is it? How did you do it?
It's a closeup of textures from one of my artworks... kind of takes away the mystery when you know exactly what it is but ahh well!
Haha, that's what I thought it was, but was just making sure! Again, nice bokeh in the background. Youv'e got this photog thing down pat already, huh!
